Forfeited Bonds
In the case of a forfeited bonds where funds are paid to Allied these funds are held in a trust account until either paid to the court or returned to the payer if the defendant is timely returned to the court or jail or if the court case is timely dismissed.
In such a case Allied administers these funds again ultimately to return them or to pay the court.
Wanted subjects can arrange for a bail bond prior to turning in on a warrant. This saves considerable time for being released and avoids law enforcement transportation and if apprehended when operating a vehicle you avoid paying towing fees.
